  • Orders placed on Abaya Trendz are processed within approximately 3 business days for delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and 8 business days for delivery within Pakistan.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping location, and external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, holidays).

2. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently offer shipping services to addresses within the UAE and Pakistan only. We do not ship to other international locations at this time.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns under the following circumstances:
    • You have not received the product you ordered within the specified delivery timeframe.
    • The product you received is defective or damaged.

2. Return Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing details of the issue along with photographic evidence if applicable.

3. Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon confirmation of eligibility for a return, we will offer you the option of either receiving a refund for the full purchase amount or exchanging the defective/damaged product for a replacement, subject to availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
